Welcome to 6th grade! This website will be one of the many tools you will use this year to help you stay organized as well as keep you informed about all the important information from your team teachers to you and your parents!
On the first day of school you will receive information regarding your first assignments. (See a copy below.) Everything needs to be completed no later than September 13th.
- All supplies must be purchased. (If this is going to be a problem, let one of your teachers know ahead of time.)
- Parent needs to read the information letter you will receive the first day of school and then parent initial the bottom of page 19 in your assignment notebook indicating that he/she has read it.
- Complete the Assignment Notebook Scavenger Hunt.
- Parent completes the 2 Yellow Emergency Cards.
- Encourage your parent (s) to complete the contact information link on team 6-4's website.Get your parents and fill in this form online so we can get in touch with you.Click Here
- Go to page 18 in your assignment book: Discuss with your parent your goals for this year, write them on the lines provided, write your signature, have your parent write his/her signature.
- Complete the student survey.
- Bookmark this website. Get into the habit of checking it EVERYDAY!
